index4 is a narrow dictionary: word plus short explanation, no deep dossier. For full entries, maps, and Verdieping use TheWijn.org and wijnorg country pages.

## Language

Dutch is the default visible language. Many pages also contain English in the same HTML file. There is no separate /en/ URL. Cite the canonical URL. English is in the document even when a language switch hides it on screen.

## How to cite

Prefer static HTML: start.html, country pages, winery pages, Background A4 pages, daily edition. Do not cite only the JavaScript search app at https://thewijn.org/. Background pages under https://digest.schonewijnen.nl/doc/ include English lemma text in the HTML.
